  20. I don't know but I am returning my USR Sporster 28.8/33.6 right away.  Its
  21. been pure hell using the thing even with ISP's who are using the same USR
  22. modem on their end.  USR tech support is non-existant.  I urge all to
  23. return your modem if you can before its too late and get something else.
  24. I've had it with USR fucking its customers like this.
